Many companies are downsizing in today's economy and that could mean allowing workers to work from home so the company does not have to pay benefits. RHUB's remote accessapplication allows a worker to access their office computer from home or anywhere else, including out-of-town. They can check company e-mails or retrieve files as long as the computer is turned on or can be rebooted remotely. RHUB’s remote access allows a worker admittance to corporate resources at all hours of the day or night. Additionally RHUB’s remote access application allows administrators or support staff to remotely manage multiple PCs from either the office or their home. RHUB’s remote access has many unique features including free audio conferencing in which all attendees could participate in an audio conference clear, crisp landline quality which is integrated and free with the RHUB Web conferencing appliance. There is also a live interactive chat that can be activated during meetings so that attendees can chat with one another in addition to saving the chats for later reference. This application is firewall and proxy responsive; it works with your existing firewall settings without compromising any of the security already set forth. Plus, the RHUB appliance is capable of working with lockdown computers. File sharing or file transferring is also included in remote access; the attendees can send a file to a specific attendee’s computer or to all attendee’s computers. There is also a white board for drawing and annotating. Remote access from RHUB is like being there without getting up from your desk.
